HR Generalist – Finland

As an ideal candidate you are accustomed to working with a wide range of HR tasks, either from agency or internal HR.

You will have the opportunity to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running and deliveries of HR processes. Finally, you have the ability to work in a matrix organization building an effective network and managing your stakeholders.

Tasks and Responsibilities  

The role as HR Generalist is a newly created role where you will support our leaders and teams in Finland. You will take responsibility for HR related inquiries or requests, support local managers and employees in people related matters, assist local recruitment processes and employee onboarding and offboarding, in Finland. You will be part of an enthusiastic team with passion for HR and people. Being a part of the Group HR function you will also contribute to the development of world class HR to the entire Mercell Group.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within HR and it will provide a broad and varied range of opportunities to gain experiences and knowledge.

You will work as part of the group’s international HR team and represent the Finnish operations. The role reports to the Chief HR Officer, located in Oslo, Norway.

Requirements

  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience from similar roles and a genuine interest in the people and organization function
  • Higher education within HR or other relevant fields
  • Structured in your way of working
  • Experience with HR systems
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken Finnish and English
  • Experience from recruitment is valued
