We realise this is a worrying time for everyone, and we would like to send our warmest thoughts to those infected and those working in the healthcare and other critical roles. We intend to comply with all relevant guidance and good practice as it develops during the crisis. The health and safety of our employees and customers will be our primary concern during this period.
Despite the current rapidly evolving situation regarding COVID-19, we want to inform you that Cloudia is currently fully operational. We are not experiencing any disruptions to our normal operations.
Due to the current regulations, we avoid all unnecessary travelling and face-to-face meetings. However, we are fully capable of arranging all our meetings, trainings, implementations, events etc. remotely. If you prefer face-to-face contact, we can postpone the meetings or trainings further.
Our customer service works normally as well, you can contact us by phone or email. Service production to our customers will continue as normal, and we will comply with our service agreements and respect our customers’ own emergency procedures. Outsourced data centers provide certainty for service production even in exceptional situations.
Our top priority remains keeping our employees, customers and communities as healthy and safe as possible. We have taken necessary precautions for the coronavirus to mitigate potential issues, and protect our employees, customers, and partners. Luckily remote work is nothing new to us and technology makes it easy to stay in touch online!
We are continuously monitoring and applying guidelines and recommendations issued by local health experts and authorities in each of the countries where we operate and take action as appropriate. We will update our customers and employees when there are further developments.
In the meantime, we wish all our customers and wider community well and urge all to follow the guidance from the World Health Organization and your local government.
