Two procurement leaders combine forces – Cloudia becomes a subsidiary of Mercell

The Norwegian listed company Mercell Holding ASA has acquired 100% of the shares in Cloudia Oy through its subsidiary Mercell Midco AS. This means that Cloudia becomes part of the Mercell group. With the acquisition Mercell strengthens its solution within Source-to-Pay.
