Helen improved its control over its tendering documents

Helen Oy is one of Finland’s largest energy companies. Providing electricity, heat, cooling and various kinds of energy services to more than 400,000 customers in all parts of Finland, Helen has been Cloudia’s customer since 2012. Cloudia’s sourcing solution has been used very actively at Helen, given that, to date, nearly 600 procurements have been put out to tender.
