VENI Energy Group saves time with Cloudia Sourcing

VENI Energy Group is one of the leading energy sourcing service operators in the Nordic countries, serving more than 35,000 customers in matters related to the checking of energy invoices, electricity sourcing as well as metering and energy management. Since September 2017, the VENI Energy Group has used Cloudia Sourcing for putting its customer’s electricity suppliers out to tender.

“Our primary reason for setting up an electronic sourcing system was to meet the requirement for a fully electronic sourcing process imposed by the EU directive. Before the deployment of Cloudia Sourcing, VENI Energy Group’s sourcing processes were administered manually by means of e-mails, etc., which was highly time-consuming. Now the exchange of information, the processing and archiving of documents and the maintenance and update of sourcing tools can be carried out efficiently and with ease.

Koko says that the automation brought about by Cloudia Sourcing has, in particular, made the processing of sourcing documents more effective and easier, including the checking of ESPD forms.
