Improved quality in the calls for tenders

Lekolar-Printel Oy has used Cloudia Marketplace since 2012. Over the years, Lekolar has prepared hundreds of tenders in the Marketplace, significantly improving its participation in competitive tendering.

Lekolar-Printel Oy is the supplier of furniture and fixtures, study materials, games, toys and exercise equipment designed for use in schools and day-care centres. The Lekolar Group is the Nordic market leader, employing more than 300 people in the Nordic countries. Given that more than 90% of Lekolar’s customers operate in the public sector, succeeding in public calls for tenders is crucial for the company.

Taneli Kivistö, director at Lekolar, says that the use of Cloudia Marketplace has made the process of submitting tenders faster and more effective in a number of ways. The digital Marketplace marks a major improvement compared to the previous manual tender preparation and mailing process. The savings in terms of time, workload and costs are considerable.

“The calls for tenders are now clearer than before, showing at a glance the sections that must be filled out and the questions that must be answered. The system has clearly improved the process, resulting in better and clearer calls for tenders.”

With Cloudia Marketplace, Lekolar-Printel Oy has succeeded in improving the efficiency of its operating models for participating in competitive tendering, speeding up the submission of tenders and simplifying the entire tender preparation process.

“I am pleased to recommend Cloudia Marketplace to others as well,” says Kivistö.
